Store Credit & Refund Procedure
- Call us at (720)892-0300 or email us at email@example.com requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Specify how you'd like to proceed: 1) full merchandise credit to davesbeergear.com, shipping fees excluded, 2) refund back to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee, shipping fees excluded. If communicating via email, you will receive a response from us within two business days.
- Please ship returns to the return address below, using the shipping carrier most convenient for you. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll proceed as requested: 1) store credit, 2) refund minus 20% restocking fee. Please note: Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.
